Henna Blooms Ministries

Fasting is a grace that significantly increases our receptivity to the Lord's voice and His Word. It allows us to enter into depths in our relationship with God that are beyond what we normally experience. We fast in order to encounter God more intimately and more profoundly and to change the world.

In Isaiah 58, God ordained fasting to (1) loosen the bonds of wickedness in our lives; (2) undo heavy burdens in the lives of others; (3) help the oppressed be set free as we minister to them by the anointing of the Spirit; (4) break every yoke of the religious spirit; (5) give bread to the hungry and provide the poor with housing; (6) allow the light of revelation in God’s Word to break forth in us like the morning; (7) allow our emotional and physical health to speedily spring forth; (8) cause righteousness to break forth in the places where we struggle; (9) cause the glory and power of the Lord to operate in our ministries.

News and Events

Missions Trip to Malawi, Africa - Sept 17-Oct 2, 2010

This is a very important as it is a strategic time to minister to the leaders of the church in Malawi who have gone through a difficult time of testing. We will be conducting three-day seminars in Lilongwe and Blantyre. I will primarily be engaged with the womens seminars and with personal ministry and prayer. The expected cost of the trip is $3700 per person. Your financial support is an integral part of enabling me to fulfill my commitment to teaching on this trip to Malawi. (Donations of $20 or more can be receipted for income tax purposes if made out to Henna Blooms Ministries.) Please prayerfully consider what your role may be in this venture.

Ministry Trip to Trinidad

June 5-17, 2010

This ministry trip was very successful. Diane was able to establish relationships with two new churches and has been asked by the pastors to return in 2011 to do conferences in both. The time in Trinidad also afforded Diane opportunities to minister one on one to several individuals.

Special Meeting

March 13, 2010

Diane has been invited to be the guest speaker at the March Daughters of Sarah meeting hosted by Faith Five Fellowship of Ministries. The meeting will be held at 11:00 am on March 13, 2010 at 1748 Westney Road N in Ajax, ON.

Henna Blooms Schedule

On the third Sunday of each month Diane ministers at Faith Five Fellowship of Ministries at 10:30 am. Join us at 748 Westney Road N, in Ajax, Ontario to hear what the Holy Spirit has laid on Diane`s heart.

Henna Blooms Ministries hosts regular prayer meetings each Monday, Wednesday, and Friday morning from 5:00 am to 8:00 am. Our prayer focus is Canada, Israel, and Islamic nations. Please join us in prayer physically or from your own home. For more information, write us via the Contact Us page.

Ministering in Trinidad
April 15-20, 2009

Diane has ministered at the Marabella Open Bible Church in Marabella, Trinidad before. Now she has the privilege of returning to nurture and cultivate that seed and to plant new seed in fertile soil. She will be there ministering from April 15-20, 2009.

Trip to Calcutta, India
November 2008

Diane is taking a team of three to Calcutta, India to minister to women in the red light district. Many of these women are trapped in a life of prostitution by the need to provide for their families. The team will also be doing a retreat with the women who work with the prostitutes. The goal of the retreat is to provide encouragement and refreshing for the workers. Please pray for the team as this is a spiritually heavy ministry.

Ministry Trip to Jamaica

August 18-29, 2008

Diane has been invited to be part of a team going to minister to the students and staff at the Youth With A Mission (YWAM) base in Montego Bay, Jamaica. She will be providing prayer support for the rest of the team, doing personal ministry with those who need it, and speaking as invited.

July, 2008

Diane is one of a team of three presenters doing a series of messages based on the classic Celebration of Discipline by Richard Foster. The sessions are Monday evenings at Lakemount Worship Center in Grimsby, ON at 7:00 pm.

Prayer Requests

The Ministry is need of funding and supporters in preparation for the trip to Calcutta.
Pray for Diane for the Spirit of wisdom and revelation to rest heavily on her as she teaches at Lakemount during the month of July.
